Although it’s in the name, we can’t stress just how light the StarFit Lightweight Jump Rope is. It’s honestly like holding a feather in your hand, and though it’s incredibly budget-friendly it performs like some of the best ropes out there.
The adjustable handles and cable allow this to be used for CrossFit one second, and as a children’s jump rope the next. And because it’s so light, it can be thrown in a bag and taken just about anywhere.
The 5mm PVC cord is also one of the more durable we’ve seen, so while it shouldn’t be used exclusively for outdoor use it won’t tear up easily like other ropes. One of our reviewers loved this rope so much they’ve made it their go-to for cardio.
